Zander
My name is Zander and I'm a 4 year old Great Dane with an active lifestyle. I enjoy everything from going for a leisurely walk to playing my favorite dog sport - Agility. Some people may say that I'm not really designed for such sports, but it's my goal to prove them wrong.
Recently my mom and dad noticed that I was spending more time in bed and not bugging them to play. The truth is, that I was getting sore. My parents thought that I may have to stop doing agility, and that was not something that I saw as an option.
This is when we all decided that I should see Dr. Batch on a regular basis to correct and maintain the health of my spine and nervous system. Let me just say that she has done wonders for me! I'm feeling great and running faster then I have in a long time. Look out Border Collies, here I come!!
Thank you, Dr Lori Batch, for all you have done for me!

Husky
I’ll be honest, I never knew that there was such a service as chiropractic care for animals until my kitten Husky started to walk funny. It was introduced to me by someone who had taken their dog to an animal chiropractor. I had already taken Husky to the vet, where he had been thoroughly examined - xrays and all - but nothing was found. I "googled" in search of an animal chiropractor and found Dr. Lori Batch in our neighbourhood. From the moment I called, I was very happy with the questions and concerns she had. I felt welcomed and at ease that my one year old kitten, who was no longer his playful self and could barely climb the stairs, was going to be in good hands.

Husky and I met Dr. Lori Batch face to face. I was pleased that she had taken time to examine the xrays to get a better look from her perspective. I found that her passion and knowledge in her practice was amazing. From the moment I took Husky out of his carrier he was happy, purring and was very cooperative through the assessment. Dr. Batch noticed that his spine was not aligned near his tailbone, a potential reason for his problems. I then followed Dr. Lori Batch’s treatment schedule, while keeping Husky on the main floor away from stairs. Husky continued to be a very good patient. After each visit Husky was heading towards recovery. It still amazes me to this day how wonderful the treatments were for him.
It has been 4 months since Husky had his last visit and he is even more active now than he was before he was in pain. I will be taking Husky again to visit Dr. Lori Batch to follow up and because I know Husky misses her.

Kim D.
I have a new health care professional in my life - her name is Dr. Lori Batch. I met her 5 years ago in my kitchen, over a cup of coffee as I read the local Caledon paper. I was intrigued that she was a chiropractor, personal trainer and understood athletes who have sport related injuries and want to achieve optimal performance. I cut out the article and stuck it on my fridge with kid’s artwork, party invitations and the yearly calendar. I viewed it every day - promising myself I would call ... tomorrow!
As the years passed, the article on the fridge yellowed and my lower back pain didn’t subside! I finally made the call in October, 2011. By that time, the simple task of bending over to wash my face was impossible without lower back pain. I would brace myself to sneeze for fear of putting my back out. Being an active runner, cyclist and yoga fanatic, I now needed help to enjoy what I love to do.
To my surprise, Lori Batch was more impressive in person than on paper. She listened to me, consulted with my spine and proposed a course of action. It’s been eight visits and I’ve been revived! Why had I waited so long???
What I can tell you is that Dr. Lori Batch’s passion, articulate explanations and the concern for your health is evident in her professional character. If it wasn’t for her treatment, I would still be in severe pain! I sincerely thank Dr. Lori Batch for what she has done and look forward to future optimal health.

Rosie
My family and I were devastated when Rosie, our beloved Jack Russell terrier, received her life-threatening spinal cord injuries. With all the care that she has received, nothing was more profound to her quality of life and recovery than the chiropractic care provided by Dr. Lori Batch from Southview Chiropractic & Wellness Centre. Our twelve year old "puppy" is now happy, healthy and strong once more.
Thank you very Much!

Garak
My dog Garak first started visiting Dr. Lori Batch after showing signs of pain when jumping up. Our trainer suggested trying an Animal Chiropractor because of all the high impact sports he loves to participate in. Dr. Batch has helped Garak a great deal.
Garak is a performance dog, one very versatile German Shepherd, who trains and competes in sports such as Schutzhund, Dockdogs, Disc Dogs and Herding. Dr. Batch keeps my athletic canine in top condition and with her help Garak has had a very successful year earning his SchH1, AD (Endurance title) and placing 1st and 2nd in Dockdogs Extreme Vertical and Speed Retrieve!
As an Animal Professional myself for over 10 years I recommend her to my clients and my dog sport friends. She is so kind and caring with animals. Garak loves going for his adjustments, and his cookie after!
