 Tonie Sampogna tsampogna@southviewchiropractic.com |
For over 20 years Tonie has been helping people improve their health and wellbeing through a variety of alternative therapies including: Reiki, Meditation, Ear Candling and Reflexology.
Reiki, administered by "laying on hands”, is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Through Reiki techniques, Tonie helps her clients improve their health and quality of life. As a skilled Reiki Master, Tonie also shares her knowledge and experience with students wanting to learn the art of Reiki.
Through meditation, Tonie provides her clients with practical and simple techniques to help them achieve a sense of balance and stillness within. She teaches spiritual principles to her clients, empowering them to bring about positive changes in their lives.
When not working or teaching, Tonie enjoys spending time with her family, reading, ballroom dancing, yoga and travelling.
